The principal activities of the Company are to own, operate and maintain a power plant of 124 MW capacity in Lahore and to sell the electricity produced therefrom to a sole customer, the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), for a term of 30 years which commenced from June 19, 1997. The CEO of Kohinoor Energy Limited is M. Zeid Yousuf Saigol and Chairperson is M. Naseem Saigol.
